Camp Site Reservations Dates (time is of the essence)

Well its 2013.
As promised the planning for this trip is under way. Thanks for all the feedback!
If you plan on coming please let me know ASAP, I will be booking our site within the next two weeks. However I can NOT reserve a site for our entire group. So you need to consider whether you will be joining us, who you will bring (of course its open to kids, baby mommas/poppas, your friends, etc.-its your cabin/site) and preparing to make your deposit soon.

(The website address is in the email below).

The sites have been booking quickly, most weekends don't have full site availability, meaning other people will be on our site that are not apart of our group. There are several options during the week that are unreserved. We are looking at the months of JUNE, JULY, and AUGUST...with two consecutive days of 5 cabins available.

Please visit the site to see the reservation calendar. Please let me know which dates work best for you....please pick two of three to keep it flexible and I will accomodate the majority.

As of this evening.....

June begins the Summer season with weather average 56-73 degrees.
June 3-9
June 22-28

July is the most desired month because of the low rainfall and warmer weather; we will be in the mountains so its a little cooler than summer in the City.
July 16 & 17
July 29 & 30
July 30 & 31
July 28 & 29

August is also desirable, most days have 4 sites/cabins available.
August 28 & 29

Im so excited and I hope you all can make it!
However....If you are NOT interested please let me know.

As promised, I have done a little research on the camping trip....actually GLAMPING (Glamorous Camping) trip.
Im looking at the date of July 4th(allowing for travel time), or the following weekend July 14th and staying two nights. Please check out the link, it will answer ALL your questions. The trip includes activities, full meals, lovely lil cabins, towels, linens, etc.

There are a bunch of activities...kayaking, hiking, swimming, horseback-riding, etc.
All you bring is your hiking boots & swimsuit!

Instead of actually managing this trip we are going to reserve our spot, and let the owner know that you are interested and that he should expect to hear from you (assuming you are interested and you tell me).

I understand money may be an issue, so here is what you can do (but don't tell Orenda) you can reserve a cabin and pay the basic rate, (2 nights, one adult) then later add on to your cabin (kids, BF, etc.) but at least you will have the cabin reserved.
Kids are welcome and encouraged as there are many (supervised/guided) activities for them! They can bring in extra mattress for kids. Each cabin is either Queen or Two Singles.

Here is the info:
$145/night per adult
$85/night for kids
plus 18% admin fee
Inclusive!!!

Non NYers, Id be more than happy to host you on a first come first serve basis, the day before or after our trip.

My approach to planning this is "independent" Id love for you to come but don't have the time to manage this trip, thats why Im passing on the info so you can check it out. Regardless of attendance  WE WILL BE THERE, I will confirm by the end of January which weekend we are booking.

The site holds a max of 13 people, so let me know, ASAP.

I think this is perfect for those who have never camped because EVERYTHING is taken care of, and for those who have you'll appreciate not having to pitch a tent & pack food.

Please let me know your thoughts, contact the site with questions and get back to me.
